About Dr. Katrina Coulter
"All disease begins in the gut" - Hippocrates
Hi, I’m Katrina — a double board-certified Infectious Disease and Internal Medicine physician, wellness coach, lifelong student of science, and ... a recovering perfectionist.
After a decade working in high-stakes medical settings, helping patients overcome complex infections and life-threatening conditions, I began to see a pattern that traditional medicine often overlooks: microbiome health is the foundation of long-term wellbeing. And our modern world is attacking it from all sides — processed food, stress, overprescribed antibiotics, and disconnected lifestyles.
That realization didn’t just shift my practice. It reshaped my life.
Now, I help high-achieving women stop spinning their wheels in search of health "hacks" and finally understand how to nourish the systems that actually matter — starting with the microbiome.

Reset your gut, revive your life

Why I Do This Work
I’ve seen firsthand how women are dismissed, misdiagnosed, or sold the next supplement instead of real solutions.
Most of my clients are smart, capable women who have already done the basics. They’ve seen the specialists. Tried the diets. Maybe even taken the probiotics. But something still feels … off.
They’re tired. Bloated. Foggy. Burnt out. Or just feel like their bodies aren’t working like they used to.
And they want a path forward that’s evidence-based but not clinical. Grounded but not gimmicky. That's exactly what this coaching is:
Backed by Science
Rooted in habit change
Designed to fit your real life
No protocols. No fads. Just personalized guidance that gets to the root of what’s holding you back.
